Artist Statement

Ken was the cake topper that I created for my themed birthday party earlier this year.

I wanted to incorporate inclusion, glamour, fun with lots of bling hence challenging the stereotypical Ken seemed appropriate.

And this was before the Barbie movie was released!!!

About The Artist

Caroline is a Brisbane-based architect with experience working in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

She has developed expertise in a wide range of art and design fields with a passion for many forms of design influenced by her time spent living and working throughout Australasia.  Her aesthetic sense includes a love of graphics, sculpture, art, fashion, food as well as the built environment.
